Hetty Rose launches S/S 09 collection

Hetty Rose is known for the beautiful vintage Japanese fabrics she uses to adorn her hand-made shoes, and the theme continues in her Spring/Summer '09 collection, which was unveiled today. But there's a distinct move away from the ultra-feminine high heels that dominated earlier collections, towards chunkier styles with heavier buckles and straps. There are also, for the first time, an assortment of flat and lower-heeled shoes. A bespoke pair of Hetty Rose shoes starts from 290.
