I've already extolled my love of calf-length boots this week, so I thought I'd showcase a pair of ankle boots to balance things out! These snake-effect leather boots from J by Jasper Conran are terribly elegant, with their flowing shape and mid-height heel. The perfect pair for work, they'd be a wonderful match for more classically-styled women - versus the daring, trendy kind. I'm not alone in my love of these boots, either. Reduced to 37.50 from 60 at Debenhams, they're only left in a UK8!
