One of the most underrated stores in Britain (in my humble opinion), particularly when it comes to shoes, is Matalan. Not quite posh enough to register on many a girl's 'high street' map, the store has done a remarkable job of improving their footwear range over the past two years. Case in point, these sequin-embellished flats.
