Fold-flat origami shoes - the solution to all our problems?

As girls who love us some shoes, we all know way too well the excruciating painthat is associated with some of the skyscraper heels we pack our poor littletoes into in the name of fashion. So, any solutions to that end-of-night agony- where we shuffle towards the taxi inch-by-inch or give up and kick them offcompletely in order to trundle home barefoot - are definitely welcomed!
